Georgia Hardinge offers a 14-day return policy for all unworn and unaltered garments provided they are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your sculptural pieces fit perfectly, offering seamless exchanges or full refunds to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garments and place them in the original designer box with all protective tissue and security tags intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our atelier.
